SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free delivery on all orders above 499 MAD.
Orders below this amount may incur a small shipping fee depending on your location.
All products are dispatched directly from our Casablanca warehouse, with proper packaging to protect against damage or leakage during transit.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Most deliveries arrive within 2–6 working days, depending on your city or region.
You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY FOR BATTERIES
Due to safety and chemical handling regulations, batteries cannot be returned once delivered or installed.
However, we assure every customer that each battery is 100% new, genuine, and fully tested before dispatch.

RETURNS FOR ACCESSORIES & NON-BATTERY PRODUCTS
You may return non-battery items (such as accessories) if they meet the following conditions:
The product is unused and in original packaging
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
